Dressed in shades with a machete at his back, he swiftly slices at his enemies while showing no expression or sign of sweat. Warner Bros. Pictures has released the trailer for sci-fi action flick “The Book of Eli,” starring Denzel Washington and Gary Oldman.
The Book of Eli revolves around a lone warrior (Washington) who must fight to bring society the knowledge that could be the key to its redemption. Oldman has been set to portray the despot of a small makeshift town who’s determined to take possession of the book Eli’s guarding. Stevenson will play an enforcer dispatched to kill Eli as he fights his way across the American wasteland, protecting a sacred book that may hold the key to saving humanity.
