Earlier today we added the second international trailer for Prometheus. Now we have 15 new high resolution photos from 20th Century Fox's highly anticipated new film.
The film, as you all know by now, stars Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Logan Marshall-Green, Patrick Wilson, Guy Pearce, Rafe Spall, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie and Idris Elba.
Prometheus is directed by Oscar nominated filmmaker Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner, Thelma & Louise, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Kingdom of Heaven, American Gangster, Body of Lies, Robin Hood. The screenplay was originally written by Jon Spaihts (The Darkest Hour), then updated by Damon Lindelof (Lost, Cowboys & Aliens, Star Trek 2).
In the distant future, two superpowers control Earth and fight each other for all the solar system's natural resources.
When one side dispatches a team to a distant planet to terraform it for human colonization, the team discovers an indigenous race of bio-mechanoid killers.
Prometheus hits cinemas on June 8th, 2012.
