If you're a fan of Joseph Gordon-Levitt (as I am), Bruce Willis (why not?) and Rian Johnson‘s work, you're gonna love this news.
So, 3 teasers for Looper trailer, well, you know what I'm talking about, have hit the web and you have a chance to see the first footage from the movie as well as nice chatting between Johnson and JGL about the movie.
The sci-fi written and directed by Johnson is set in a future where time travel exists, but it's illegal and only used by criminals.
When the mob wants to kill someone, they send the target 30 years into the past where a contract killer Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) does the dirty work. Joe has made a good career as a hitman and things are going smoothly until his future self (Bruce Willis) is sent into the past to be killed.
This really sounds promising, especially when we know it comes from The Brothers Bloom writer and director. Ok, two completely different genres – con film and time-travel thriller – but I'm already excited.
Looper which also stars Emily Blunt, Piper Perabo, Paul Dano, Noah Segan and Jeff Daniels opens theaters on September 28th, 2012.
