Sin City: A Dame to Kill For Poster
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For Today we have a new poster for the upcoming Robert Rodriguez noir crime thriller and sequel to the 2005 film Sin City, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. The film stars Eva Green, Jamie Chung, Jessica Alba, Alexa Vega, Mickey Rourke, Rosario Dawson, Jaime King, Michael Madsen, Dennis Haysbert. Frank Miller has joined forces with one of Hollywood's top screenwriters (Oscar winner William Monahan of ‘The Departed' fame) to pen the script. Here's the synopsis for the film
It was another dark night in Basin City when lovers Dwight and Ava Lord were reunited. But in Sin City, a reunion is never good news. And Ava has plans for Dwight… It's one of those hot nights, dry and windless. The kind that makes people do sweaty, secret things. Dwight's thinking of all the ways he's screwed up and what he'd give for one clear chance to wipe the slate clean, to dig his way out of the numb gray hell that is his life. And he'd give anything. Just to cut loose. Just to feel the fire. One more time.
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For is set to be released on October 4th, 2013. Sin City: A Dame to Kill For Poster

a Dame to Kill For is my fav Sin City chapter, and I wasn’t thrilled to hear about Josh Brolin as Dwight, and Eva Green as Ava Lord. She doesn’t really strike me as being a chick worth killing for, to be perfectly blunt. Rodriguez really screwed the pooch on that casting.

so who would you had picked, to kill for?

truthfully, many of the women in Hollywood have “strong” female types. So I can’t imagine anyone to play this role and look good in it. Eva is known for playing roles that aren’t too intimidating against her male counterparts, so for her to play a damsel wouldn’t look awkward.

I was really excited for this 5 years ago. Now, I’ve completely lost interest.
