ASS BACKWARDS: First Poster And Image With Casey Wilson & June Diane Raphael

I know, I know, the first poster for Chris Nelson‘s upcoming Ass Backwards looks completely weird, but that’s exactly the point with this buddy comedy – it revolves around two best friends with a not so firm grip on reality. In other words, June Diane Raphael and Casey Wilson invite you to choose your own reality, head inside to check them out!

Written by Raphael and Wilson, the movie revolves around Kate and Chloe, two best friends who embark on a cross country trip back to their hometown to attempt to win a pageant that eluded them as children.

Or, if you prefer – Raphael is Kate, Wilson is Chloe, they are living the so called high life in New York and everything looks perfect, until they run into their former pageant nemesis who has gone on to become a multi-hyphenated superstar.

And here’s the rest of the story:

On the road, they face some hard truths about themselves and each other as they encounter spring breakers, strip clubs, a women’s militant group, and their favorite reality star. This heightened comedic awakening leads into an unforgettable third act finale that is the girls’ homecoming and final reckoning with their past, present and future.

Also starring Alicia Silverstone, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jon Cryer and Brian Geraghty, Ass Backwards is set to hit theaters on November 8th, 2013 (also available on VOD beginning September 30th, 2013).
