Ryan Reynolds have been released.
“Buried” synopsis: Paul Conroy (Reynolds) is a U.S. citizen working as a contract driver in Iraq. After a swift and sudden attack on his convoy, he awakens to find himself buried alive inside a coffin with nothing more than a lighter, a cell phone, and little memory of how he ended up there. Faced with limited oxygen and unlimited panic, Paul finds himself in a tension-filled race against time to escape this claustrophobic deathtrap before it's too late.

The script was suspensful and mysterious and kept me interested through out the whole thing. I’ve been waitign for a trailer and i am deeply dissapointed. While Ryan Reynolds is a good actor for his genre, based on what i watched in the two clips, i dont think he can pull this off. Although the worst part of the bottom clip was the voice on the phone. What a terrible fake accent.
I did see a movie back in the 80s/90s about a guy who was buried but he dug himself out and found out that his wife was involved in what happened to him. It starred Tim Matheson; Buried Alive was the title. I think this looks great. It has that indi feel because it all takes place in the coffin. I like i that way and the camera movements didn’t bother me too much. I think a couple camera tricks like that can intensify a scene, just not every scene. I love Ryan Reynolds so this should be interesting.
