The Hunger Games: Catching Fire begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor's Tour' of the districts. Jennifer Lawrence looks awesome in these new set photos from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. And that's pretty much all I'm going to say about the whole thing. I mean – Katniss Everdeen definitely rocks, and you're going to see that if you check out the rest of this report. In other words – there's going to be a loooot of action in Francis Lawrence‘s upcoming movie, so I'm now officialy interested in this project! What about you?
So, Francis Lawrence directs the movie from a script written by Simon Beaufoy and Michael Arndt, and as you already know the whole thing is based on Suzanne Collins‘ novel Catching Fire, the second installment in The Hunger Games trilogy.
Beside lovely Lawrence, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire also stars Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Lenny Kravitz, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Donald Sutherland, Toby Jones, Woody Harrelson, Jena Malone, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amanda Plummer, Lynn Cohen, Patrick St. Esprit, Meta Golding, Bruno Gunn, Alan Ritchson, E. Roger Mitchell, Maria Howell, Stephanie Leigh Schlund, Sam Claflin, and Jeffrey Wright and Lionsgate will release the movie on November 22nd, 2013.
