I swear to God it’s not an illusion… says Debra Port in this short trailer for the upcoming sci-fi horror titled Liquid Red. Well, about that upcoming-part… I’m not sure what to tell you guys, Robert Dyke‘s movie is currently in post production, and there’s still nothing about an official release date. But, I definitely think this movie deserves your attention, so make sure you check out the video and some cool & pretty weird images from the whole thing!
Liquid Red tells the story of a female filmmaker who (somehow) becomes the victim of the surreal fantasies and horrors of the movies she makes. Or, as director Dyke previously revealed:
Liquid Red became a journey of a woman experiencing an alien invasion, murderous clones, mad scientists, the last days of planet Earth and, of course, zombies. Even stranger may be her encounters with a sexy movie star and power-mad studio head, who inhabit a surreal Hollywood.

Dyke also explained that this concept is his favourite combination of horror, fantasy and science fiction, and that this project:
…would give me the opportunity to do a showpiece for professional talents I wanted to work with again.
Beside Port, Liquid Red also stars Caprice Benedetti, Vince Grant, Barbara Coven, Loretta Higgins, and Steve Jasgur.
