‘Coraline’ Trailer: 3D Re-Release in Theaters This August

Go back to the magical wonder of the movie “Coraline” this summer as Laika Studios embarks on a mammoth 15 years of fabulous animation with a brand new 3D version. Originally opening on August 15th this year, this remastered masterpiece will provide a grille, unlike any before.

I challenge you to go back to the Other World: For your consideration, Focus Features, in collaboration with Laika Studios, is honored to present the magical motion picture “Coraline” in 3D again to commemorate the movie's fifteenth anniversary. This remastered edition of the beloved film is set for release in theaters around the world on August 15th, 2024, and will entice both the old and new generation with its splendid graphics and the plot familiar to every viewer.

Released in 2009, this movie was incredibly popular and to this day is recognized as one of the best because of its awesome stop-motion technique and an interesting and mysterious plot. The film Coraline is the directorial of Henry Selick, famous for other works including the Nightmare Before Christmas and James and the Giant Peach; the movie is based on the novel by Neil Gaiman published in 2002. In the film, a girl finds a portal to another world, where everything is beautiful until things start to go wrong.

The release of the 3D edition will enable the audience to watch the magnificent work of the directors and animators in an entirely new perspective. From the facet of the Other World and the button-eyed folks to the creepy aesthetics the 3D does wonders for this little gem of a movie. The recurring cast such as Dakota Fanning that plays Coraline, Teri Hatcher that plays Mel and Keith David that plays the Cat give the characters individuality and personality.

“Coraline” was written and directed by Henry Selick, and was made for the screen by Claire Jennings, Bill Mechanic, and Mary Sandell at Laika Studios in Portland, Oregon. This commitment towards the art of stop-motion animate is present throughout the movie thus making ‘Coraline' unique in the animated space.

The release of this movie is slated for August 15 th hence there are great expectations about this kind of movie.
