David Morse Joins World War Z

David MorseWorld Ward Z is coming, and I guess we're all excited about the whole thing (say – yes, please, don't spoil my enthusiasm). This movie definitely has an awesome cast on board, but today, we have an interesting addition that we want to share with you. David Morse is the latest guy who joined Marc Forster's adaptation of the Max Brooks novel! As you already know, World War Z is a post-apocalyptic horror film based on the above mentioned novel of the same name. The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane, played by Brad Pitt, who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself. Movie also stars Mireille Enos, who is set to play Gerry's wife Karen Lane and James Badge Dale as Captain Speke, an American soldier who “tries to warn the government that the threat of zombies is real.” The rest of the cast includes Anthony Mackie, Bryan Cranston and of course – Morse, who will star as a prisoner living in abandoned jail. World War Z will hit the theaters on December 21, 2012.
