According to Theo James, the upcoming Divergent is a film about choice and how you define yourself. Shailene Woodley, on the other hand, says that the movie will take us on the roller coaster of emotions through the characters experiences. As usual, we will once again remind you that Burger directs the whole thing from a script written by Vanessa Taylor and Evan Daugherty, which is based on Veronica Roth‘s novel of the same name.
The story takes place in a dystopian post-apocalyptic version of Chicago, and revolves around a teenage girl named Tris Prior, who learns that she's a person who does not fit into any one faction (aka Divergent).
