Well, Brit thesps Emily Blunt and Ruth Wilson are reportedly the final two contenders to play Ms. Marvel in Marvel's The Avengers 2, never mind that Ms. Marvel isn't a confirmed character in the film.
For you non-nerds in the audience, Carol Danvers, later known as Ms. Marvel is an air force pilot who gains superpowers after an accident in a Kree device explosion – fusing her DNA into half-human, half-Kree.
Before you get too excited, take this with a grain of salt, because it's too early for casting and it comes from The Daily Mail.
However, Alison Brie, Emelia Clarke, Jessica Brown Findlay, Teresa Palmer and Imogen Poots were on the Deadline list of actresses vying for the female lead in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the sequel to Captain America: First Avenger.
Fortunately for her fans, Blunt is rising star who is currently appearing in Looper, and will next star opposite Tom Cruise in All You Need Is Kill set for a March 14th, 2014 release.
There's no doubt about it.

FFS, no. Ms Marvel is too energetic for her – as much as I like to see her, as she’s a good actress – I still can’t see her fitting well in this one.
