The first clip from 3D animated “
Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs” has hit the web. The movie actually is the follow-up to “
Surf's Up” from a few years ago, which is co-directed by
Phil Lord and
Chris Miller.
The screenplay co-written by both Lord and Miller is inspired by the children's book, written by author
Judi Barrett and illustrated by
Ron Barrett, of the same name.
The animated movie is about Flint Lockwood, an inventor, who tries to solve the world hunger problem and invents the ability to turn water into food, causing it to rain food all day long.
“Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs,” voiced by
Bill Hader, Anna Faris, James Caan, Bruce Campbell, Andy Samberg, Mr T and
Tracy Morgan is set for US release on September 18, 2009.

Mr. T’s in this right? Mr. T!!!! You just know it’s going to be a classic if Mr. T’s in it. I have mr. T as the voice on my GPS and I love it. “Turn left, fool!” Got it from a site that does loads of celebs as GPS voices, the real people too. It’s called something like Navtones, or Nav-tones, check it out if you want Mr. T giving you harsh but true driving directions.
Anyway, can’t wait to see this. Looks like my nephew is in for a treat, or maybe just I am!!
