Although we don't yet know what
Christopher Nolan‘s upcoming
Interstellar movie will be actually teasing, we do know some technical behind-the-scenes info and crew members' information too.
After we found out
last month that
Michael Caine and
Jessica Chastain have joined
Matthew McConaughey and
Anne Hathaway,
Man of Steel composer and frequent Nolan collaborator
Hans Zimmer will indeed rejoin the director for his upcoming sci-fi flick .
The composer revealed as much to
Collider when asked about it.
I wrote something…and I'm writing that. So, yes, we have started.
Based on a story created by Chris'
younger brother Jonathan Nolan and re-written by Christopher, it features a ‘heroic interstellar voyage to the furthest reaches of our scientific understanding' and is scheduled for release on November 7th, 2014.
Nolan will shoot at large portion of
Interstellar with IMAX cameras (e.g.,
The Dark Knight had 28 minutes of IMAX footage and
The Dark Knight Rises had 78). Additionally,
Hoyte Van Hoytema (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy) will replace Nolan's long-time cinematographer,
Wally Pfister.
Check out what Zimmer told Steve ‘Frosty' Weintraub of Collider.com:

Nolan’s films usually have a good casting, and it’s great to know that this is not the exception. Michael Caine is a master, and one of the legends of Hollywood as Christopher Lee and Clint Eastwood.
