Toby Jones and
Sienna Miller play the director (Hitchcock) and actress ( Hedren) in this dark and mysterious relationship drama which focuses on the making of one of Hitchcock’s most famous films, 1963’s
The Birds.
The film is directed by
Julian Jarrold and co-stars
Imelda Staunton, Penelope Wilton, Candice D’Arcy, Sean Cameron Michael, and
Kate Tilley.
The Girl is set to debut on HBO in US on October 20th, 2012.
