First Teaser Poster For THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG
Three days ago we shared the first image of lovely Evangeline Lilly who plays an elf warrior Tauriel in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Now it’s time to share the first teaser poster for the whole thing, and take a look at Martin Freeman‘s Bilbo at the entrance to the Lonely Mountain, where the villainous Smaug guards his Dwarven treasure…
As you probably already know, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is the second part of The Hobbit movie series, set to hit theaters on December 13th, 2013.
Peter Jackson directs the movie from a script he co-wrote with Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens, which continues the adventure of the title character Bilbo Baggins as he journeys with the Wizard Gandalf and thirteen Dwarves, led by Thorin Oakenshield on an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor.
Beside Lilly and Freeman, the rest of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug also stars Ian McKellan, Luke Evans, Lee Pace, Stephen Fry, Orlando Bloom, Richard Armitage, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
