Jane Levy – cute lady, but she's definitely no stranger when it comes to horror! As you already know, she will soon appear in Fede Alvarez‘ Evil Dead remake, but that's not the end of the horror-story for a young actress: we've just learned that Levy is all ready to star in Bharat Nalluri‘s upcoming horror thriller titled In a Dark Place as well!
The film (which will be fully financed by Gold Circle) actually sounds pretty cool to me. As THR reports, it will center on a young American woman (of course Levy is now on board to play that woman) who moves to England to become a governess of a porcelain doll.
Yeah, a porcelain doll, 'cause the weird family treats that thing as its own son! When the family leaves for a holiday, the woman begins to think the doll is haunted and may be alive. Imagine that!
As we mentioned at the beginning – Bharat Nalluri is on board to direct In a Dark Place, while Roy Lee is producing the project.
The movie starts production this May, so I guess we'll soon have more details about the whole thing. Stay tuned!
