Kitamura directed the movie from a script written by David Cohen, which revolves around a gang of ruthless highway killers who kidnap a wealthy couple traveling cross country only to shockingly discover that things are not what they seem.

The movie follows a killer in the grip of a dark and twisted love affair. A ruthless criminal gang takes a young couple hostage and goes underground to an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere.
