New posters for Columbia Pictures' and Hyde Park Entertainment's Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance has gone online today.
Directed by Brian Taylor and Mark Neveldine (Crank), the film finds Johnny Blaze, aka Ghost Rider (Nicolas Cage), living in self-imposed exile in Eastern Europe and deciding to again embrace his dark side to save the life of a 10-year-old boy named Danny (Fergus Riordan) from the devil (Ciarán Hinds) and a demon named Blackout (Johnny Whitworth).
Here's the synopsis:
Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance picks up where it's been several years since making a deal with the Devil and Johnny Blaze, living in self-imposed isolation, finds himself as the only person who can help save 10-year-old Danny – and ultimately the world – thanks to his unwanted and uncontrollable power – his ability to transform into the hell-on-wheels monster ‘Ghost Rider'.
Based on a script David Goyer wrote nine years ago, Spirit of Vengeance was re-written by Scott Gimple (ABC's canceled Flash Forward) and Seth Hoffman (Fox's Prison Break).
Idris Elba (“Thor,” “Luther”) and Italian actress Violante Placido (“The American”) co-star.
