This shit ain't paranormal! I'm not sure, but I think this is actually the first poster for Mike Tiddes‘ upcoming horror spoof titled A Haunted House. It's not too bad, and yes, of course it looks a little bit like a poster for Paranormal Activity when it's a parody of that well-known franchise. Except – there's nothing paranormal about it…
Marlon Wayans and Rick Alvarez stand behind the movie script, and beside Wayans, the rest of A Haunted House cast also includes Nick Swardson, David Koechner, Essence Atkins, Cedric the Entertainer, Bobbie Lee and Dave Sheridan.
Wayans plays Malcolm who, together with his wife Kisha (played by Atkins), moves into their dream house, but… the couple quickly finds they're not alone.
Strange thing then happens – Malcolm realizes that it's not the house that's haunted, but his wife that is possessed with spirits!
So he hires everyone from a priest to modern day ghost busters to rid her of the demon, determined not to let the evil spirit ruin his marriage… or his sex life for that matter.
A Haunted House opens on January 11th, 2013.
