The wait is nearly over for fans of the magical heist franchise, as Lionsgate has officially slated Now You See Me 3 for a November 14, 2025 release. This marks nearly a decade since the last installment, and anticipation is building as the Four Horsemen prepare to return to the big screen.

While plot details remain tightly under wraps, fans can rejoice knowing that original cast members Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman are all expected to reprise their roles. Additionally, a new generation of magicians will join the ensemble, including Justice Smith (Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves), Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers), Ariana Greenblatt (Borderlands), and Rosamund Pike (Saltburn). Pike's role is described as pivotal, potentially making her the latest target of the Four Horsemen's intricate schemes.

Ruben Fleischer, known for his work on Zombieland and Venom, will direct the film, bringing a fresh perspective to the franchise. The script has seen contributions from Eric Warren Singer, Seth Graham-Smith, and Mike Lesslie, ensuring a captivating and clever storyline. Jesse Eisenberg, who plays J. Daniel Atlas, has already read the script and shared his enthusiasm in an interview with Collider, highlighting the film's focus on intelligence and teamwork over violence. “It celebrates intelligence and it's non-violent but exciting,” Eisenberg noted. “It's so weird to see that because it sounds so obvious, and it sounds like that would be common, but it's actually quite uncommon to have a movie that's this franchise, this Hollywood-style movie that's really just about teamwork and intelligence, rather than just violence.”

Now You See Me 3 aims to reintroduce audiences to the world of the Four Horsemen while laying the groundwork for future installments. With its blend of original stars and dynamic newcomers, the sequel is poised to enchant and thrill both long-time fans and new viewers alike.

Mark your calendars for November 14, 2025, and get ready to be mesmerized once more as the Four Horsemen return to pull off their most spectacular heist yet. Will the new generation of magicians live up to the legacy? Only time will tell.
