All that for a movie which comes from director Craig Zobel, which follows a teenaged counter girl at a fast food restaurant named Becky, and the middle-aged manager Sandra. One stressful day, a police officer calls, accusing Becky of stealing money from a customer's purse, which she vehemently denies.
There's only one little catch: her unfriendly manager complies with the officer's orders to detain her. That's exactly where Becky's nightmare starts…And that nightmare will tragically blur the lines between expedience and prudence, legality and reason.
Compliance movie stars Ann Dowd, Dreama Walker and Pat Healy, and is already set to hit theaters on August 17th, 2012.
