I’m sure you’re already familiar with that romantic comedy titled About Time. Not just because Rachel McAdams stars in it, but because this project also has elements of science fiction.
Yes, you’re reading it correctly, Richard Curtis‘ movie is some kind of a sci-fi time-travel rom-com, and today we have the first look at McAdams and her partner Domhnall Gleeson. As you’re going to see – it’s wet, wet, wet out there!
The only thing we can share about this project with you is that it centers on a man who can time-travel, but ends up meeting the girl of his dreams. What happens after that love story? I guess that’s still a mystery.
Anyway, the most important thing at this moment is that the story is already being described as a fantastical feel-good movie, so let’s give them a try.
Just for a record, McAdams replaced Zooey Deschanel, who had originally looked like the leading candidate for the role.
Universal Pictures will release About Time on May 10th, 2013.
