Guess we all liked Crazy, Stupid, Love movie, so I will also guess that another movie with Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone together on a big screen couldn’t hurt us at all.
Good thing is that directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa share our opinion, since they’re already occupied with another romantic comedy titled Focus.
So, at this moment we know that Ficarra and Requa hope to draft Gosling and Stone to play the lead roles in a movie which will follow a veteran con man who gets involved with a newcomer to the grifter business.
They get involved romantically but that romance becomes perilous in a business where they lie and cheat for a living. Then, the complications of the encounter haunt them when they meet up again in the future.
Sounds interesting and we really hope that Gosling and Stone will come on board for the whole thing.
Still, as Deadline reports, they haven’t yet been officially approached, but they are the desired leads of Ficarra and Requa.
