Paramount making damn sure we don’t forget about Star Trek Into Darkness as they bombard us with marketing materials loaded with a new poster, banner and UK TV spot, which focuses on the lead characters.
Furthermore, the studio will be debuting all-new trailer for J.J. Abrams-directed sci-fi epic the next Tuesday.
A new domestic one-sheet that has surfaced centers around The Enterprise, while a new international TV spot has hit featuring very brief flashes of new footage.
On the other side, the latest banner re-adapts parts of a recent poster where the only Starfleet members present are Kirk (Chris Pine), Spock (Zachary Quinto), and Uhura (Zoe Saldana) along with the villain played by Benedict Cumberbatch.
The anticipated sequel also stars Karl Urban, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Alice Eve and Peter Weller.
The film opens in IMAX 3D on May 15th and in 3D and 2D on May 17th.
