TERMINATOR 5 Starts Filming In January, Schwarzenegger Back As the Terminator? No problemo!

Confirmed: Arnold Schwarzenegger is back for Terminator 5, and shooting begins in January! I know now why you cry, but it’s something I can never do. Who am I kidding, this news makes me wanna cry (with joy). And guess what, he will reprise his role as the Terminator (read: not as a human)! Click continue and find more details about the whole thing… So, this huuuuge update comes straight from Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was at a conference in Australia where he revealed that Terminator 5 starts filming in January 2014, and that he’s back as as an actual Terminator. I’m sure you remember our report from January, where we said that he could end up playing a human character instead (because of his age, of course). Well, forget about that, fuck age, live dreams & have fun! Here’s what Arnold had to say in an interview with Arnold Fans:

In fact, I’m very happy that the studios want me to be in Terminator 5 and to star AS the Terminator, which we start shooting in January and I’m also going to do King Conan – to play that role and also to do another Twins movie. So I feel very proud of that. I feel very happy and I’m looking forward to doing those films.

Unfortunately, at this moment still nothing about the possible director. The only thing we know for sure is that Patrick Lussier and Laeta Kalogridis are on board to pen the script and that Paramount Pictures is now in charge for the project. Will Justin Lin (who was previously attached to direct T5) come back? Stay tuned to find that out!
