So, Warner Bros. has finally released the synopsis and the first image from the upcoming sequel, The Hangover 2, as well.
Here's The Hangover 2 synopsis:
In the follow-up to the record-breaking hit comedy The Hangover, Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis) and Doug (Justin Bartha) travel to exotic Thailand for Stu's wedding.
After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch.
However, things don't always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can't even be imagined.
As we already wrote, the primary cast of the first film (Cooper, Galifianakis, Helms and Bartha) is here with Paul Giamatti and Jamie Chung as well.
We also reported that Liam Neeson will have a role of crazy tattoo artist in the sequel and that Bill Clinton will have a cameo in the sequel.
The Hangover 2, which is scheduled to hit theaters on May 26th, 2011, is directed by Todd Phillips from the script written by Jon Lucas.
