The Last Exorcism 2 is set to open next month, so we better hurry up and share the latest TV spot and poster for the whole thing. Prepare for the second coming, ’cause, hey – there are some forces you just cannot escape! That’s exactly what this completely new video is all about – don’t miss the fun!
Ed Gass-Donnelly directed the movie from a script he co-wrote with Damien Chazelle, and as we previously reported, the movie centers on Ashley Bell‘s well-known character Nell Sweetzer who tries to build a new life after the events of the first movie.
But, the evil force that once possessed her has a different and more horrific plan for the poor woman…
Beside Ashley Bell, The Last Exorcism 2 also stars Andrew Sensenig and Spencer Treat Clark and the movie will finally open on March 1st, 2013.
Continuing where the first film left off, Nell Sweetzer is found terrified and alone in rural Louisiana. Back in the relative safety of New Orleans, Nell realizes that she can’t remember entire portions of the previous months only that she is the last surviving member of her family. Just as Nell begins the difficult process of starting a new life, the evil force that once possessed her is back with other, unimaginably horrific plans that mean her last exorcism was just the beginning.
