DreamWorks Animation has released a new clip and new featurette for
Rise of the Guardians, director
Peter Ramsey‘s adaptation of the children's book by
William Joyce.
When the evil Pitch (
Jude Law) threatens our planet, the Immortal Guardians have to band together to save the day. The Guardians are made up of holiday heroes, from The Tooth Fairy (
Isla Fisher) and the Easter Bunny (
Hugh Jackman) to Jack Frost (
Chris Pine) and Santa (
Alec Baldwin).
Rise of the Guardians will be released in 3D in the U.S. just before Thanksgiving on November 21st, 2012.

Rise of the Guardians is an epic and magical adventure that tells the story of Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman, and Jack Frost – legendary characters with previously unknown extraordinary abilities. When an evil spirit known as Pitch lays down the gauntlet to take over the world, the immortal Guardians must join forces to protect the hopes, beliefs and imagination of children everywhere.
