Prepare To Be Tested: Cool Motion Poster For VAMPIRE ACADEMY
Are you guys ready to take a vampire-test? Ready or not, but Vampire Academy, aka Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters is already set to hit theaters on February 14th, 2014, and as you already see from our title – they even have the very first (motion) poster. Higher learning, higher stakes: head inside to register!
As we previously reported, director Mark Waters (Mean Girls helmer) stands behind the upcoming fantasy adventure, which is based on the Richelle Mead‘s best-selling novel of the same name.
The movie will revolve around Rose Hathaway, a Dhampir. In case you forgot, Dhampirs are half human/vampire, guardians of the Moroi, peaceful, mortal vampires living discretely within our world.
Rose’s legacy is to protect the Moroi from bloodthirsty, immortal Vampires, known as the Strigoi.

St. Vladimir’s Academy isn’t just any boarding school-it’s a hidden place where vampires are educated in the ways of magic and half-human teens train to protect them.
