Summit Entertainment recently released a new poster and clip for its upcoming film
The Perks of Being a Wallflower, starring
Emma Watson (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and
Logan Lerman (Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief).
A romantic, coming-of-age drama directed by
Stephen Chobosky, has maintained a relatively low profile until recently.
The film based on the 1999 epistolary novel penned by Stephen Chobosky and published by MTV, stars Lerman as Charlie, an introverted freshman, who learns the ropes from two seniors played by Watson and
Ezra Miller.
Paul Rudd, Mae Whitman, Melanie Lynskey, Kate Walsh and
Dylan McDermott also star.
MTV site is running a quick clip of The Perks of Being a Wallflower. A modern classic that captures the dizzying highs and crushing lows of growing up hitting theaters on September 21st, 2012.
The poster emphasizes the young stars of the film and provides a pretty nifty tagline ‘we are infinite.'
