My Mother's Curse is an upcoming Paramount Pictures' road movie, based on Dan Fogelman‘s own experience traveling with his mother.
The whole thing will be directed by The Proposal helmer Anne Fletcher, so we could basically call it a comedy.
Seth Rogen and Barbra Streisand are already involved to star in it, but, according to the latest reports, Chuck star Yvonne Strahovski is set to star in it, as well.
At this moment we know that the dramedy will follow an inventor who invites his mother on a cross-country trip as he tries to sell his new product while also reuniting her with a lost love. Of course, Rogen is on board to play that inventor, while Barbra Streisand will star as his mother.
As for Strahovski, THR reports that she will play Rogen's high school sweetheart whom he once proposed to.
My Mother's Curse will be produced by Lorne Michaels, John Goldwynare and Evan Goldberg.
