Screen Gems has released the third trailer for post-apocalyptic vampire movie Priest which stars Paul Bettany, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Karl Urban, Lily Collins, Stephen Moyer, Brad Dourif, Christopher Plummer, and Mädchen Amick.
Priest, a post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller, is set in an alternate world — one ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampires. The story revolves around a legendary Warrior Priest from the last Vampire War who now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church.

Priest: First Official Photo
Entertainment Weekly has premiered the first photo from Priest, the graphic novel adaptation starring Paul Bettany.
Bettany plays a vampire-hunting man of the cloth in Priest (due out in 2011), set in a dystopian future where the bloodsuckers are confined to reservations. “In our world, priests are like Jedi Knights with special powers and training,” explains director Scott Stewart (Legion).
Priest Release Date Moved Up
Screen Gems has moved the release date for “Priest” up from October 1, 2010 to August 27. “Priest” will be taking the spot of Milla Jovovich horror sequel “Resident Evil: Afterlife.” “Resident Evil” has been moved back to a new opening date of January 14th, 2011.
The film, based on a TokyoPop comic book, is set in a world of centuries of war between mankind and the vampire race, which centers on a warrior priest who turns against the church when his niece is kidnapped by a murderous band of vampires which he goes tracking down.
Stephen Moyer And Lily Collins Join PRIEST
Stephen Moyer and Lily Collins have joined the cast of “Priest” - Paul Bettany, Cam Gigandet, Karl Urban and Maggie Q.
The upcoming Screen Gems’ movie is an adaptation of Min-Woo Hyung‘s graphic novel of the same name.
Scott Stewart (“Legion”) is directed from the script written by Cory Goodman.
’88 Minutes’ First TV Spots

88 Minutes focuses on a college professor who moonlights as a forensic psychiatrist for the FBI and receives a death threat claiming that he has only has 88 minutes to live. In order to save his own life, he must use all of his skills and training to narrow down the possible suspects, who include a disgruntled student, a jilted former lover, and a serial killer who is already on death row.
