Today we have an exclusive clip and hi-res photos from the upcoming The Next Three Days thriller, starring Russell Crowe, Elizabeth Banks, and Liam Neeson.

Crowe and Banks will be seen playing the couple, while  Neeson takes the role of the ex-con. Olivia Wilde, Jonathan Tucker and RZA also land roles in this crime thriller, which will also be filled with romantic sequences.

We have added a new poster and clip for the upcoming  thriller The Next Three Days.

Russell Crowe teams up with Academy Award®-winning writer/director Paul Haggis (Crash) and co-star Elizabeth Banks for this incredibly smart Lionsgate thriller concerning a man willing to break his wife out of prison in order to get her out of a murder conviction. Liam Neeson heads up the supporting cast, which includes Brian Dennehy, Olivia Wilde, Daniel Stern and RZA.

The Next Three Days Movie Poster

Lionsgate have unveiled a brand new poster for The Next Three Days. The film is based on a French film Pour Elle about a dedicated husband who breaks his wife out of jail.

Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks star as the happily married twosome — happy, that is, up until Banks is arrested for murder, turns suicidal, and Crowe has to go renegade (plus learn how to load a gun) to bust her out. Liam Neeson plays an ex-con who helps the broken-up but determined Crowe plan the escape, which will, per the trailer’s very last, overwrought action shot, include Banks almost — but we guess not quite — getting hit by a truck while dangling out of a moving vehicle.

Lionsgate have just premiered a new poster for the upcoming  thriller The Next Three Days starring Elizabeth Banks, Russell Crowe and Liam Neeson.

Life seems perfect for John Brennan until his wife, Lara, is arrested for a gruesome murder she says she didn’t commit. Three years into her sentence, John is struggling to hold his family together, raising their son and teaching at college while he pursues every means available to prove her innocence. With the rejection of their final appeal, Lara becomes suicidal and John decides there is only one possible, bearable solution: to break his wife out of prison. Refusing to be deterred by impossible odds or his own inexperience, John devises an elaborate escape plot and plunges into a dangerous and unfamiliar world, ultimately risking everything for the woman he loves.

Paul Haggis will write and direct the thriller “The Next Three Days” an adaptation of the French film “Pour Elle.” Lionsgate has acquired remake rights from Wild Bunch and Fidelite Films.

Story centers on an ordinary couple finding themselves in an unthinkable situation and having to make desperate choices that will test the limits of love and alter their lives forever.
