New teaser trailer and a completely new poster for the upcoming Red 2 movie have arrived, and we definitely recommend you to check them out! Why? Well, maybe because the CIA’s best never rest? Exactly! Dean Parisot‘s high-octane action-comedy sequel to the worldwide sleeper hit Red opens this summer, and as you’re about to see – there’s going to be a loooooot of action!
Parisot directs the movie from a script written by Jon and Erich Hoeber, and this time the movie will center on the team of retired CIA operatives taking on a new set of enemies all across Europe.
Red 2 cast includes Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Byung Hun Lee, Brian Cox and Neal McDonough, and as you already know, the movie is set to open on July 19th, 2013.
In Red 2, retired black-ops CIA agent Frank Moses reunites his unlikely team of elite operatives for a global quest to track down a missing portable nuclear device. To succeed, they’ll need to survive an army of relentless assassins, ruthless terrorists and power-crazed government officials, all eager to get their hands on the next-generation weapon. The mission takes Frank and his motley crew to Paris, London and Moscow. Outgunned and outmanned, they have only their cunning wits, their old-school skills, and each other to rely on as they try to save the world-and stay alive in the process.
