Shrek (Mike Myers) has become a domesticated family man. Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, the grown-reluctant ogre agrees to autograph pitch forks. Longing for the days when he felt like a “real ogre,” Shrek is tricked into signing a pact with the smooth-talking dealmaker, Rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dohrn). Shrek suddenly finds himself in a twisted, alternate version of Far Far Away, where ogres are hunted, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) is an intellectual who has never met Shrek, Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow) is still alive. Puss (Antonio Banderas) is fat and lazy and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) is a hunting ogre Now, it's up to Shrek to undo all of Rumpelstiltskin's mischief in the hopes of saving his friends, restoring his world, and reclaiming his One True Love and family.

Why does this haft to be the last one? that makes me sad after all it is my favorite animeted movie. I love shrek and i will never say good bye to shrek ever. I will keep it in my haert forever and ever untill i die that is. Im going to see it 5 or 700 times if i live that long. i read the book and i found out that whean rumpilstilskin lost shrek goes back to the candy apple and they kiss. Icant tell you any more. But i cant tell you how much i love shrek. I keep talking about seeing shrek forever after. I keep listing to i need a hero.Im so sad that they siad that its the last shrek ever. I love you shrek.

My favorite peroson in shrek is gingy he is sooooooooooo cute! this is so sad (the last shrek ever that is). Im going to see it on 5/23/2010. Then im going to see it agian with my uncle on the 28 with out telling him i saw it on the 23.
