They all say it’s a dramatic change – so let us also write that Anne Hathaway has a new hairstyle and she should thank her Fantine role for that!
As you already know, we’re talking about the upcoming Tom Hooper‘s adaptation of Les Miserables, where Hathaway plays a terminally ill prostitute who cuts off and sells her hair to help feed her baby daughter, Cosette. Anyway, she doesn’t look so bad…
So, you already know that Les Miserables stars Hugh Jackman as ex-prisoner Jean Valjean, hunted for decades by the ruthless policeman Javert, played by Russell Crowe after he breaks parole.
When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine’s (Hathaway) young daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever. The film also stars Amanda Seyfried as Cosette, Sacha Baron Cohen as Monsieur Thénardier and Helena Bonham Carter as Madame Thénardier.
Les Miserables is set to open on December 25th, 2012.
