Cannes 2011: Martha Marcy May Marlene Trailer, Un Certain Regard

Martha Marcy May Marlene

Martha Marcy May Marlene is definitely something worth your full attention. Not just because this movie stars Elizabeth Olsen, but because this is one of the projects that premiered at Sundance Film Festival, and is, by the way, going to be a part of the upcoming Cannes Film Festival line-up in Un Certain Regard category.

Martha Marcy May Marlene stars Elizabeth Olsen as Martha, a damaged woman haunted by painful memories and increasing paranoia, who struggles to reassimilate with her family after fleeing a cult.

And that's enough of the description, because you will now have a chance to watch a trailer for this one, released by Fox Searchlight. Check it out.

Movie is directed by Sean Durkin and it co-stars Christopher Abbott, Brady Corbet, Hugh Dancy, Maria Dizzia, Julia Garner, Louisa Krause and Sarah Paulson.

But one thing is for sure, young Elizabeth Olsen (Mary Kate and Ashley's sister) is definitely great!

Fox Searchlight will release the film on October 7. Enjoy the trailer, and stay tuned!
