‘Cold Deck', to be released simply as ‘Clear Cut', is planned to be released in selected theaters and VOD format on the 19th of July, 2024. In this movie, which is categorized under action, thriller and drama, a logger called Jack suffers a brutal attack while working in the high-risk Pacific Northwest forests and the film is directed by Brian Skiba.
As Jack wanders further and further away into the forest, he encounters a group of bandits – the same criminals he had defeated earlier, who aim to kill him before he can reach civilization.
The leading roles are played by Alec Baldwin and Stephen Dorff, while the other prominent actors include Tom Welling, Lochlyn Munro, Chelsey Reist, and Tom Stevens.
With Joe Perruccio as the writer of the screenplay, this movie represents a suspenseful drama where one man takes a dangerous and perilous road to redemption.
“Clear Cut” has a running time of roughly 90 minutes and due to the intensity of the scenes, it will keep the viewers glued to their seats from beginning to end.
On the positive side, the trailer is not devoid of exciting cinematography and some spectacular actions scenes are included but the flip side is that the storyline seems to borrow from other movies and may not be very fresh. Still, if you like the good old B horror movies, then “Clear Cut” can be a good movie to watch during summer evening.
