This may sound a little bit… I don't know, weird maybe, but it's true.
Machette star
Danny Trejo will actually appear in the upcoming Syfy original movie entitled
Haunted High.
Yeah, I know, it's pretty weird when you have a tough guy involved in something like this, but, what the hell, he's not the only one!
M.C. Gainey, Charisma Carpenter, Marc Donato and
Jonathan Baron are in the same shit as well…
So, Haunted High will be directed by
Jeffrey Lando, man who was in charge for SyFy's
House of Bones, too.
So, I guess he has all weird experience in the world to make this little more painful.
The story is written by
Paul A. Birkett and
Anthony C. Ferrante, and it is set at the fictional Holloman Acadey, a New England private school that is visited by a demonic dead headmaster.
And no, Trejo is not that guy.
That dead headmaster is actually Gainey and Trejo is a janitor who is secretly the kick-butt guardian of the school. You get the point? Me neither.
On the other hand, Baron is set to play the headmaster's grandson who must fight to save the school, Donato is the school's bad boy, while Carpenter comes on board to play the sexy librarian.
See, I told you it's stupid. The only good thing about this project is that there are already some rumors it will probably get a limited theatrical release.
So, just forget about the whole thing, ok?
