We finally have the first featurette from Niels Arden Oplev‘s upcoming Dead Man Down, which means that you'll have a chance to see (and hear) more interesting details about the whole thing. So, as we previously reported, Niels Arden Oplev directed this action thriller from a script written by J.H. Wyman which follows two strangers who are irresistibly drawn to one another by their mutual desire for revenge.
Oplev, who directed the original The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, makes his American theatrical debut with this movie, and beside Farrell, Rapace and Howard, the rest of the cast includes Dominic Cooper and Isabelle Huppert.

Victor is an enforcer to a New York City boss who was responsible for the deaths of his wife and daughter, an act that Victor seeks revenge for. He turns detective when his boss is under threat from an unknown killer. During this, Victor is seduced by Beatrice who blackmails him into helping her with her own search for vengeance.
