Douglas Booth, anyone familiar with this guy? Yeah, he will next be seen in that biblical epic Noah where he plays Russell Crowe's son Shem. But, according to the latest reports, young English actor is also set to star in Andy and Lana Wachowski‘s upcoming sci-fi thriller Jupiter Ascending!
Unfortunately, at this moment, not much is known about Booth's character. The only thing we know is that he will join the cast which already includes Mila Kunis, Channing Tatum, Eddie Redmayne and Sean Bean.
As we previously reported, The Wachowskis are also responsible for the Jupiter Ascending script which is set in a time where humans are at the bottom of the evolutionary ladder.
The story revolves around a young woman (played by Kunis) – Russian immigrant who has been targeted for assassination by the queen of the universe.
Channing Tatum is on board to play a bounty hunter who has a quite difficult job – to eliminate Kunis, but (fortunately for her) – the assassin ends up falling for his target.
Sean Bean, on the other hand, is set to play character named Stinger, described as “a charming rogue with a mercenary streak, much in the manner of Han Solo.”
