Walt Disney Pictures has unleashed the the first photos from Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and in it we can see Johnny Depp who returns to his iconic role of Captain Jack Sparrow and Penelope Cruz who plays an ex-girlfriend of Jack’s who goes by the name of Angelica.

The Rob Marshall-directed action adventure also stars Geoffrey Rush as the vengeful Captain Hector Barbossa, and Kevin R. McNally as Captain Jack’s longtime comrade Joshamee Gibbs, plus Sam Claflin as a stalwart missionary and Astrid Berges-Frisbey as a mysterious mermaid.
