First Trailer For Gervasi’s HITCHCOCK Arrives
Published on

I’m just a man hiding in the corner with a camera… watching.I must admit making a film about the making of Psycho is not so suspenseful. It also seems that Sacha Gervasi‘s Hitchcock, featuring Sir Anthony Hopkins is not about the man, the way Robert Downey Jr’s Chaplin was about the man. However, an upcoming biographical drama looks like a very clever picture. Based on Stephen Rebello’s non-fiction book ‘Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho’ Hitchcock is written by John McLaughlin (Black Swan). The cast also includes Helen Mirren (as Alma Hitchcock), Scarlett Johansson (as Janet Leigh), Danny Huston, Toni Collette, Jessica Biel (as Vera Miles), James D’Arcy (as Anthony Perkins), Michael Stuhlbarg, Michael Wincott, Richard Portnow, and Kurtwood Smith. Hitchcock hit theaters on November 23rd, 2012. Take a look at the first official trailer below.
