Be the first to see this red band trailer (and TV spot) for a brand new (and completely weird) comedy Neighbors, which comes from director Nicholas Stoller and stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and… shirtless Zac Efron! Doesn't look bad at all, head inside to find two hilarious videos and the very first images from the whole thing!
In case you're not so familiar with the title, let us first inform you that Forgetting Sarah Marshall hemer Stoller directed the whole thing from a script written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O'Brien.
The movie revolves around a couple with a newborn baby who face unexpected difficulties after they are forced to live next to a fraternity house.

Beside the above mentioned names, the rest of Neighbors cast includes Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, Jake Johnson and Craig Roberts, and the movie is set to hit theaters on May 9th, 2014.
