Following the first TV spot (below), the second one has come online for Paramount Pictures’ action/thriller Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit.
Discover some previously unseen footage, but this second TV ad very much conveys the same message like the next great action movie, introducing the characters and the plot in a smooth and accessible manner.
Based off of the titular character created by the late best-selling author Tom Clancy, Shadow Recruit is the fifth film in the Jack Ryan film series. However, this prequel is not based off of any particular book in the Jack Ryan series.
What looks like it’s going to be a decent addition to the franchise is directed by Kenneth Branagh, and it stars Star Trek actor Chris Pine as a junior analyst for the CIA’s covert intelligence office, along with Kevin Costner, Keira Knightley, Colm Feore, and more.
