New JURASSIC PARK 3D Poster
Here's a new poster for Universal Pictures' upcoming 3D release of Steven Spielberg‘s Jurassic Park to let us know that 1993 classic is set to return to theaters on April 5th, 2013, which includes a one-week IMAX run.
We already learned that the movie based on Michael Crichton's novel, adapted by Crichton and screenwriter David Koepp has been digitally restored into a state-of-the-art 3D format in advance for 20th Anniversary Celebration.
The three-time Academy Award-winning blockbuster will be introduced to a new generation of moviegoers as well as allow longtime fans to experience the world Spielberg envisioned in a way that was unimaginable during the film's original release.
The crystal-clear images, coupled with IMAX's customized theatre geometry and powerful digital audio, reportedly create a unique environment that will make viewers feel as if they are in the flick.
Meanwhile, Universal Pictures have announced that they have begun work on Jurassic Park IV and that they will open the long-rumored, long-delayed sequel in 3D on June 13th, 2014.
Jurassic Park 3D stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Samuel L. Jackson and Richard Attenborough.
