On The Road, Kristen Stewart Check out the new trailer released for upcoming Walter Salles‘ flick On The Road, the forthcoming big screen adaptation  adaptation of Jack Kerouac‘s literary classic of the same name. For those not familiar with Kerouac's work, it chronicles a series of road trips that Sal Paradise (Kerouac's alter-ego) took with his free-spirited friends during the height of the beat movement. Sam Riley stars as Kerouac's alter-ego Sal Paradise, a recent divorcee who hits the road with his best friend, Dean Moriarty (Garrett Hedlund). Kristen Stewart (Marylou, Dean's first wife), Tom Sturridge, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Steve Muscemi and Elisabeth Moss round out the cast. On The Road is scheduled to light up theaters  December 21st, 2012.
