Actress Noureen DeWulf has joined the cast of David Wain‘s They Came Together.
Noureen DeWulf will play Joel's assistant. Ed Helms signed on to play Eggbert, Molly's accountant and love interest. Michael Ian Black and Cobie Smulders have also signed on in unspecified roles.
The story centers on the love-hate relationship that forms between Molly (Amy Poehler), a small business owner, and Joel (Paul Rudd), the corporate businessman who wants to tear down her shop.
David Wain is directing from a screenplay he co-wrote with Michael Showalter. Production is scheduled to begin on July 2nd in New York City.
