Directed by Thor Freudenthal, the movie revolves around Lerman’s character – Percy Jackson who, together with his friends embark on a quest to the Sea of Monsters to find the mythical Golden Fleece and to stop an ancient evil from rising.
In other words, the movie continues the young demigod’s epic journey to fulfill his destiny, but this time – Percy and his team will have to battle some terrifying creatures – an army of zombies (you already had a chance to see some action in the first official trailer for the movie, remember?)
Anyway, let us once again remind you that Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters opens on August 7th, 2013 and beside Lorman, also stars Alexandra Daddario, Brandon T. Jackson, Stanley Tucci, Douglas Smith, Leven Rambin, Missi Pyle, Yvette Nicole Brown, and Mary Birdsong.
